What happens when I get to the end of my plan or Mobile Payment Plan?

When you reach the end of your plan contract period, you'll continue on the same plan on a month to month basis.

When you reach the end of your Mobile Payment Plan, you will no longer have to pay monthly instalments for your phone.

How do I upgrade my plan once my contract period has ended?

If your plan is out of contract, you can upgrade to a new plan online, by calling 1300 300 404 or heading in store.

Can I upgrade before my contract ends?

If you upgrade to a new plan before your current contract ends, you may be charged an early upgrade fee.

Can I change my plan before my contract ends?
