  • By calling 1555 from your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410 from any phone in Australia.
  • By heading to your nearest Vodafone store.

To apply for a Mobile Payment Plan you’ll need to be on a phone or Mobile Broadband plan and must agree to a credit check.‚Äč

How do I find the remaining balance on my Mobile Payment Plan?

You can also find your remaining balance and what instalment you’re up to in the ‘This bill’ section of your bill. 

What happens to my Mobile Payment Plan if I cancel or disconnect the service it’s attached to?

If you cancel your service or your service is disconnected, you will need to pay out the remaining balance of your Mobile Payment Plan.

How do I cancel my Mobile Payment Plan?

You can cancel your Mobile Payment Plan by calling us on 1555. If you cancel your Mobile Payment Plan, the remaining balance will be charged as a lump sum on your next bill.

Can I change the instalment amounts on my Mobile Payment Plan?

No. Once your Mobile Payment Plan is in place instalment amounts cannot be altered.

What happens to my Mobile Payment Plan if I change plans?

Mobile Payment Plan instalments are fixed and don’t change if you move to another phone or Mobile Broadband plan.

How many Mobile Payment Plans can I have active on my service?

You can have one Mobile Payment Plan per service on your account. For example, if you have two services attached to your account, you can apply for two Mobile Payment Plans. 

What devices can I get on my Mobile Payment Plan?

If you have a phone plan, you can get a Mobile Payment Plan for phones only.

If you have a Mobile Broadband plan, you can get a Mobile Payment Plan for tablets and modems only.
