How to recharge or top up your prepaid service with a voucher

You can buy recharge vouchers from over 20,000 outlets across Australia including supermarkets, newsagents, service stations, convenience stores and Vodafone stores.

My Vodafone

You can log into your account and redeem a voucher at myvodafone.com.au or through the My Vodafone app (iOS and Android).

TXT message

Before you start

  • To redeem a voucher by TXT, you’ll need to have recharged your prepaid number at least once before. If you’ve never recharged your service, you can redeem your voucher online
  • MyMix recharge vouchers can only be redeemed online

Step 1

From the prepaid number you want to recharge, TXT the 12 digit recharge PIN from your voucher to 1511.

Eg. TXT 123456789012 to 1511.

Step 2

You’ll receive a TXT from 1511 showing the value of your voucher and a recharge option you can use it with.

  • If the recharge option is the one you want, simply reply YES
  • If you’re after something different, follow the link provided to redeem your voucher online

If you reply YES, you’ll get a confirmation message when the recharge is complete.

Call

Before you start

  • MyMix recharge vouchers can only be redeemed online.
  • If you’re topping up your My Credit with a voucher, you’ll need to redeem the voucher online or via TXT

Step 1

Dial '1511' from the Vodafone prepaid mobile you’re recharging.

Note: You can also redeem a voucher by calling 1300 650 410 from another phone, or +61 426 320 000 from overseas.

Step 2

Press '1' to recharge with a voucher.

Step 3

Follow the rest of the prompts to enter the 12 digit recharge PIN from your voucher and complete your recharge.
