Why has Crazy John’s closed?

This was the last stage of our move to one brand, Vodafone. Crazy John’s was purchased by Vodafone in 2008 and closed the Crazy John’s retail stores in February 2013. We stopped selling upgrades and closed our Prepaid services in August 2013, and finally closed the Crazy John’s brand altogether on 30 September 2014.

Can I re-activate my Crazy John’s service?

Unfortunately not. Crazy John’s has now closed and we cannot re-activate any old Crazy John’s services.

I need my Crazy John'’s device unlocked

Unlocking your Crazy John'’s device is easy, simply head to and follow the instructions.

If you have any troubles with unlocking your Crazy John'’s device, you can fill out the help form available on for further assistance.

I need my phone repaired

Please visit your nearest Vodafone store and the staff there will organise for your mobile to be repaired. Don’t worry; we’ll honour your Crazy John’s 24 month repair warranty.

Please ensure you bring your Proof of Purchase for your device when you visit the store. If you need a copy of this, please email us and we will send a copy to you.

I still owe money, how do I pay?

We are no longer accepting payments for Crazy John’s accounts. If you would like to talk to someone about your account, please email us and we will get back to you.

How do I get a copy of my bills?
