What does excluded amount mean?

The excluded amount on your plan is the cost for services that are being charged on top of your usual plan cost. You might also see it listed as 'excl amt'.

There's two reasons you might find an 'excluded amount' on your account:

You've used a service which is not included in your plan Excluded services are charged on top of your usual plan cost, and will appear as a charge in your 'excluded amount'
You've used more than your included value If you've used all of your included value, any additional usage will be charged on top of your plan and will appear as an 'excluded amount'.

More info

The services that are excluded from your plan can vary. So can the cost. Check your plan information to find out what services are excluded from your plan, and how much services are charged on your plan.
