How to view your call, message and data usage history

You can view daily records of your call, TXT, PXT and data usage by logging in through the My Vodafone app (iOS and Android) or at myvodafone.com.au.

Your usage history includes the date, time, call duration, and number called/messaged for your outgoing calls and messages, as well as a daily total of your data usage.

Help with My Vodafone – Plans

Step 1

Note: The My Vodafone website and app will auto log you in when you're connected to the internet through Vodafone. If you're trying to check usage details for another service, try this link instead.

Step 2

Click the 'View data usage' link below the data usage dial.

Step 3

To view details of all your usage, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'View all usage'.

Step 4

Info about your usage for the last 5 days will appear. To view additional days, just click the 'Show More' button at the bottom of the page.

To view detailed info about your usage on a particular day, click the arrow down button on the left hand side of the usage type.

To change the billing period you’re viewing or to filter out certain usage categories:

  • If you’re logged in through a computer or tablet, click ‘Showing: all usage for current period’, make your selections from the filter and then click ‘Update Results
  • If you’re using your phone, tap ‘Usage Filter’, make your selections and then tap ‘Update Results

Step 1

Click the ‘All Usage’ button on the My Usage page.

Info about your calls TXT, PXT and data usage for the last 5 days will appear.

To see usage for other days, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Show More’ button.

To view detailed info about your outgoing calls or TXT on a particular day (including the number called/messaged), click the arrow down button on the left hand side of the usage type.

Questions and answers

How far back are usage records available for?

If you’re on prepaid, your usage records will be available for the last 60 days.

If you’re on a plan, you can view usage for the current billing month and the previous two billing months. You can also view your usage records for the last 24 months by downloading the CSV copy of your bill.

How long does it take for usage records to become available?

Most usage in My Vodafone is updated within 18 hours, but if you’re roaming overseas it may take up to 72 hours.

Can I download and save my usage records?

You can. When you’re logged in at myvodafone.com.au, you’ll see download button at the top of the ‘All usage’ page to download your usage details in CSV format.

Note: You’re unable to download usage details through the My Vodafone app.
