How to use My Vodafone

My Vodafone is an online self service tool that you can use to check your usage and manage your account from your phone, tablet or computer.

Logging in

When you’re connected to Vodafone internet, My Vodafone will automatically log you in with the number of the SIM you’re using. If you need to log into a different account, click here.

If you’re not using a Vodafone internet connection, you’ll need to enter your mobile number and My Vodafone password to log in. If you haven’t yet registered for a password or have forgotten it, check out these links for help:

Navigating My Vodafone

You can use My Vodafone to do whole lot more than just checking your usage – check out ‘What can I use My Vodafone for?’ for the full list and links to step-by-step instructions.

You’ll find most account management features by navigating to the menu and selecting one of the options. (Hint: there’s a heap of stuff in ‘Account settings’). If you need help locating the menu, try these links:
