Other ways you can pay

Over the phone with a credit/debit card

Call 1511 free of charge from your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 145 from another phone and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

If you’re calling from overseas, you can dial +61 426 320 000 instead.

NOTE: If you're calling from a Vodafone prepaid number to pay your monthly account, you'll find it difficult to make a payment. Online will be much easier for you.

Australia Post

Take your paper bill in to a post office to pay in person. There’s a charge of $1.97 plus GST for processing, which will appear on your next bill.

Cheque or money order

Include the payment slip from your paper bill with your cheque or money order and post to:

Vodafone Pty. Ltd.
GPO Box 2699
Sydney, NSW, 1158
