Why am I being asked for my account PIN after I've logged in?

On My Vodafone, your 4 digit account PIN is used as a secondary security measure. There are two main reasons you'll be asked for it:

To access details on multi-service accounts

If you've got more than one service on your account (eg. if you share your data) you'll be asked to enter your enquiry PIN to view any information that relates to the account broadly or the other services on it.

This allows the user of each service (your children, or employees for example) to access details about their service, while protecting other account details such as your payment information or the usage details for other services on the account.

To confirm you're authorised

There are some My Vodafone options that can only be accessed by the account holder. This includes things like plan changes and connecting add-ons.
