Set up email bill or update your email address

You can receive your bills via email or change the email address your bill is being sent to via the 'Manage Billing Options' page in My Vodafone. Click the button below to log in now.

Help with My Vodafone

  1. Log into your account through the My Vodafone app (Android and iOS) or at myvodafone.com.au
  2. Click 'Bills & Payments', and then select 'Billing options'. (If you’re using the My Vodafone app or your phone’s web browser, tap the menu button  in the top corner of the page and then tap ‘Bills & Payments’)
  3. If requested, enter your 4 digit account PIN.
  4. In the ‘Bill delivery’ section, select 'Email my bill to' and enter your email address.
  5. Click 'Save Changes'.
  6. You’ll receive a validation email within 24 hours. Make sure you validate your email address or you won’t receive your bills.

Important info

  • Once you’ve opted into email bill and validated your email address, you’ll start receiving email bills after your next bill cycle date. In the meantime you can view your bills in My Vodafone
  • Email bills are typically delivered within 4 to 8 days of your bill cycle date. If it doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, check our troubleshooting guide
  • Your email bill will contain a link which requires you to enter your postcode to download your invoice in full. If you’re having trouble downloading the bill, run through our troubleshooting checklist
