This support article will give you key information about what you'll need to provide to place an order for a new plan and device.

Here’s what you’ll need to provide before we can accept your order.


You'll need to provide us with ID, including least one with proof of age. For more information, check out our proof of identity support page.

Payment details.

You’ll need to provide details of your Australian bank account or an Australian issued Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card.

Delivery address.

Before we can accept your order we’ll need to validate your delivery address in our database. If you’re getting your order delivered to a business, make sure you include the business name.

Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, GPO or locked bag addresses as ID and a signature are required for delivery.

Proof of income.

If you’re applying for a plan, you’ll need to provide proof of employment, study or pension benefits. This includes a phone number for your employer, a student card if you're studying in Australia, or a pension card if you're receiving a government benefit.
