Questions and answers

How does the expiry period work?

Add-ons have their own expiry period which is separate to the expiry date of your recharge.

Can I rollover unused minutes?

You can rollover your add-on’s unused minutes if you buy the same type of add-on with the same expiry period before it expires (eg. you can rollover unused minutes from a 28 day 10 Countries Add-on to another 28 day 10 Countries Add-on). The unused minutes will take on the expiry period of the new add-on.

What happens if I’ve got two or more add-ons active at the same time?

If you’ve got both a 10 Countries Add-on and a 50 Countries Add-on active on your account at the same time and call a country that’s included in the 10 Countries Add-on, the minutes of your 10 Country Add-on will be deducted first.

If you’ve bought a 7 day add-on and a 28 day add-on and they’re both the same type (eg. they’re both 10 Countries Add-ons) the minutes in the 7 day add-on will be used first, regardless of its actual expiry date.

Will my recharge or add-on be used first?

When calling a country included in your add-on, your add-on’s minutes will be used before the minutes in your recharge.

Can I buy 10 and 50 Countries Add-ons with a recharge voucher?

If you’re on a Combo, MyMix or Pay As You Go Plus recharge, you can use recharge voucher online to top up your My Credit, and then use your My Credit balance to purchase 10 and 50 Countries Add-ons.
