My Vodafone automatic login

The My Vodafone website and My Vodafone app can both automatically log you into your account without you needing to enter your mobile number and password.

How it works

  • If you’re connected to Vodafone internet and go to or open the My Vodafone app on iPhone/iPad or Android, we’ll automatically log you in with the mobile number of the SIM you’re using
  • If you’re using the My Vodafone app or website on device that’s connected to a Vodafone Wi-Fi internet connection (eg. a Pocket WiFi or hotspot on your phone), you’ll also be automatically logged in with the mobile number of the SIM that the Wi-Fi connection uses
  • If you’re not connected to the internet through a Vodafone SIM, you’ll need to enter your mobile number and My Vodafone password to log in

How do I log into a different service?

If the number is on the same billing account

You can switch to other numbers on your account by clicking the number you're signed in as at the top of the My Vodafone home page, entering your 4 digit account enquiry PIN and then selecting the number.

If it's on a different account

If you’re logged in through the MyVodafone App, tap the menu button in the top left corner of the screen, and then tap Logout.

If you're logged into the My Vodafone website using your web browser, go to or click the button below.

  • Some My Vodafone features will still require you to enter your password or 4 digit account enquiry PIN
  • You don't need to be registered for My Vodafone for auto login to work
  • Once you tap ‘Login’ and are auto authenticated through the My Vodafone app, you’ll stay logged in until the session expires from 14 minutes of no activity. If you switch your internet connection to another source during the session (eg. by connecting to Wi-Fi or changing SIMs), you’ll also stay logged in until the session expires
