  2. Tap ‘Account Settings’, then tap 'Call settings' (If you’re using the My Vodafone app or your phone’s web browser, tap the menu button  in the top corner of the page and then tap ‘Account settings’)
  3. Slide 'Show caller ID' to 'Active' to show your number when calling, or 'Inactive' to hide it.
  4. Tap 'Save Changes'

What does it cost?

There’s no cost to use Caller ID and it’s free to turn it off or on.

Important info

  • If it isn’t working the way you‘ve set it through My Vodafone, check your phone’s caller ID settings as well
  • With Caller ID blocked, you can still show your number for individual calls by prefixing the number you’re calling with 1832 or *31# (eg. *31#0426320000 or 18320426320000)
  • With Caller ID active, you can block your number for individual calls by prefixing the number you’re calling with 1831 or #31# (eg.  #31#0426320000 or 18310426320000)
  • Caller ID doesn't block your number for TXT messages, only calls
  • Caller ID works for calls within Australia only, international calls don’t support it
