If you’re billed monthly you can use My Vodafone to update your contact details.

If you’re on prepaid, you'll need to contact us to update your details.

How to do it

  1. Click the button above, or register for or log in to My Vodafone or through the My Vodafone app for iOS/Android
  2. Tap ‘Account Settings’, then tap 'Edit profile' (If you’re using the My Vodafone app or your phone’s web browser, tap the menu button  in the top corner of the page and then tap ‘Account settings’)
  3. If you’ve got more than one service on your account, you’ll need to enter your 4 digit account enquiry PIN and select ‘Next’.
  4. Update the info.
  5. Select 'Save Settings'.

Home or postal address not saving?

My Vodafone can’t validate Rural and PO Box addresses. You won’t be able to save an overseas address for the home address and military addresses may also not work. Contact us if you need help.
