Login to My Vodafone to have your bill emailed to you each month. You can also receive a TXT alert when your bill is ready.

Help with My Vodafone

  1. Log into your account through the My Vodafone app (Android and iOS) or at myvodafone.com.au
  2. Click 'Bills & Payments', and then select 'Billing options'. (If you’re using the My Vodafone app or your phone’s web browser, tap the menu button  in the top corner of the page and then tap ‘Account settings’)
  3. If requested, enter your four digit account PIN.
  4. Follow the prompts to change your billing options and click 'Save Changes' when you're done.

No charge for paperless billing

There's no charge to change your billing options through My Vodafone. Moving away from receiving a bill in the mail will also mean you won't be charged the fee for paper bill.

Did you know

You can print your bill from My Vodafone and use it as a tax invoice.
